If you happened to come across my Healthy Chicken Kabobs, you NEED to make this sauce to go with. However, this dip pairs well with ANY fresh veggie. The mix of cucumber, yogurt, and dill really freshen up anything that is paired with it.
It’s also super easy to make. This is how easy.
First you want to peel and chop your cucumber. Get it into a cheese cloth and squeeze as much water as you can out of that sucker. If you don’t have a cheesecloth, you can use a fine mesh as well.
Let the cucumber hang while you measure out the yogurt into a bowl or in my case a measuring cup.
Chop up your garlic and dump it into the bowl. Toss in your cucumber as well.
Lastly, add in your dill and squeeze in your lemon juice.
Mix it all up and serve!
This stores well in the fridge for up to 5 days. The longer it sits, the more water the cucumber will release so keep that in mind 🙂

1 English cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
2 cups plain yogurt
4 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup chopped dill, fresh
1½ Tbsp lemon juice (Juice of 1 lemon)
½ tsp salt, or to taste
Chop your cucumber and wrap in a cheesecloth, squeezing as much of the water out as you can.
In a bowl or measuring cup, add your plain yogurt and minced garlic. Add your cucumber, dill, lemon juice, and salt.
Mix and serve with fresh veggies or my Healthy Chicken Kabobs.
